XS sand washing and dewatering machine is combined washing and dehydration effects,satisfy customer's dry and high quality sand requirement.
For the existing artificial sand making production line, its products always contains a large amount of water, dust and impurities. That greatly reduces sand quality. In order to solve this problem and to provide our customer dry and high quality sand, LZZG successfully developed XS sand washing and dewatering machine, this machine combines the washing and dehydration effects together, and perfectly solves the above problem.
The work style of this series of machinery is rotary and movable. The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle. There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering. When the bucket moves , sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen. Waste water runs off through the web groove's holes. Meanwhile the washed sand will be fed into the vibration dewatering screen directly for dehydrating. Sand washer can circumrotate and discharge sand periodically by motor's continuous running, which can realize the batch production. It works the same as XSD sand washing machine. After vibrating and dehydrating on the PU screen, dry and fine sand is the final product.

The operator needs safety technical training.Forbid getting close to the machine when operating.Forbid any adjustment, clearing and checking when operating.Forbid clearing up the precipitation and dust in the equipment when operating,The electric equipment should be grounded and wire should be installed in the installed pip.
1.Check carefully whether the lubrication condition of bearing is good.
2.Check carefully whether all the fixed parts are completely tight,
3.Check whether decelerator's lubricants meet lubricant and environmental requirements and change the lubricant in time.
4.Check whether the belt is good.
5.Clean up oil stain on the belt or belt pulley.
1.This machine can be used for sand washing after normal operating on non-load condition.
2.Materials should be fed uniformly in order to prevent overfull materials resulting in bad effect of washing.
3.Stop feeding materials and make sand washer continually work for 5~10 minutes before you stop the machine. Stop operating after all the materials have been discharged.
4.Clear up the waste water and precipitation in the sand washer, otherwise it would influence the washing effect and increase equipment's load.
5.Change screen web in time when it worn-out.
