2.Working principle
(1) The vibrating screen uses the motor to drive the eccentric shaft to make the screen body periodically along with the direction of vibration force.
(2) The materials make circular movement on the screen to realize sieving.

XSD Construction sand cleaning washer is a kind of bucket sand washing machine that coordinates with sand making machines. It can wash out the small amount of the sand powder and impurities from the mixed sand to improve the sand quality. 2. Working principle
(1) The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle.
(2) There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering.
(3) When the bucket moves , sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen.
(4) Waste water runs off through the web groove's holes.
(5) Keep the water supply to increase final sand clean and quality.
(6) The waste water flows into a settling pond, and washed sand is delivered through belt conveyor. This whole washing process is finished.
3. Feature
(1). Reasonable structure. The impeller drive bearing is isolated from water and materials buried in washer, which greatly avoid the bearing damaged because of soaking in water,sand and other pollutants.
(2).Extremely rare lost of medium and fine sand, the grading and fineness module of washed building sand have achieved two national standards" sand for building" and" cobble and gravel for building".

2. Working principle
(1) Dewater vibrating screen adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology.
(2) The motors coordinate with universal eccentric and adjustable amplitude vibrator.
(3) When the two motors start to work, the vibrators move reversely at the same time.
(4) The centrifugal force is generated by the eccentric blocks superpose themselves and form a single direction vibration.
(5) The high frequency vibration drives the screen move back and forth in line repeatedly. So the sand will be dehydrated and filtered.

2.Working principle
(1) Through rubber pipes sand and water mixture is extracted from cleaning tank into slurry pump.
(2) The fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray.
(3) The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen.
(4) The waste water will flow back to the return box, through weld chute or pipes flowing to a settling pond.
